Information You Submit
Search terms
A name or place entered in a search tool goes to the outside provider that operates that tool. We do not store or log those search terms on our own systems.
Messages
If you email or send a contact message, we retain the details needed to reply. We do not share the message outside our organization unless the law requires it.
Technical Data and Cookies
Routine logs may record an IP address, browser and version, device and operating system, pages viewed, time spent, referring page, and timestamps. Cookies help measure how visitors use the site. You may block cookies through your browser, though parts of the site may then work differently.
How Information Is Used
Collected information helps us operate and improve the site.
- Keep pages available and responsive

Outside Sites and Advertising
Links may lead to the Caldwell County Sheriff's Department, jail roster, Missouri Department of Corrections, court portals, or third-party tools. Each destination applies its own privacy rules after you leave this site. Advertising partners may also measure activity across websites on their systems, not ours.
When Data May Be Shared
We do not sell personal information. Data may pass to search providers processing a query, analytics services, advertising networks, or law enforcement and government bodies responding to a valid legal order.
Security Has Limits
We use standard safeguards suited to this service. No internet-connected system is fully secure, so we cannot promise that a breach will never occur.
Adults Only
The site is intended for adults and does not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. Contact us to request deletion if a minor submitted personal data.
Your Privacy Choices
Subject to applicable law, you may ask for a copy of personal data we hold, request a correction or deletion, or object to certain processing. Missouri public records held by government offices are governed separately by the Missouri Sunshine Law, Chapter 610, RSMo.
